I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

My job is not secure, very slow growth,after working of 3 years l think wastage of time in the company.the company treated me very worst.even my relieving letter not given by the management a false and base less amount they are recovering from me.

When I start, i was provided training period 2 month which help me to get familiar with working. Also top management is very good and do care about the employees. Flexible work time is additional benefit.

...ted in case of 3PL site problems. Poor HR support due to third party engagement. Salary not as per work profile this as per CTC. HR plays with me and taken benefit of unemployed condition, offered lower ctc and responsibility offered higher side.
