... Salary not paid on time, suffer if you have EMI date before 5th of every month. Variable pay gets delayed.

As it is a staffing company and I must say that your salary would be credited between 1-3 every month unlike other staffing companies which takes upto 7days.

Management is out of alignment and communication gap is huge between employees and POC/Managers.
