Very good working culture.My seniour maneger is very supportive. Depertment HOD are also very encouraging and help to learn more new things which really helpful in our work. HR dept. look into all of our problems and try to give us a positive feedback. Many cultural program have arrange for our relaxation by them. We all work here as a family more than colleague.

It's a great place to work, nice environment and office culture and my customer support dept. Is very helpful and always supportive. Specialy my manager Mrs. Swastika Ghosh, she very very helpful. Overall all seniors are very polite and humble.

I have joined here as a fresher. I have learned a lot from my seniors. Management and seniors are very helpful, very polite. They always encourage me for learning new skills,highly motivating. I thanks Rishi for all the opportunities.I am glad to be a part of this organisation.

I started my journey with Rishi Group in Dec'20 and it's been three years I have working here. My HOD is very knowledgeable, polite and supportive. Rishi Group has been the best in terms of transperancy and sales management.
