...artment is not good, They treat you very badly when you decide to leave company. Very bad salary structure and you have to pay money back to company to sattlement bonus amount in case of resignation.

Job security is good, management will appreciate you hard work and give the compensation good enough as per your performance. work life balance is also good, also its depend on projects and clients you are working with.

Two main issues that are red flags. and there fore I would not recommend anyone to join Rishabh Software in marketing. In my experience of working in marketing team, I found the marketing team VP Jay is insecure, a loser, who lacks confidence to lead and manage the team and and the content manager Riken who too is both insecure person, and toxic to work with. With theses two low-life, It's a miserable environment with favouritism, as licking and lots of politics . Also they dont experiment with marketing So there will most likely be no value addition to your skills or career. I think The "best place to work" is most likely bought because it's got pathetic culture especially in marketing
