Rishabh Instruments limited is my first company and I feel grateful to be part of it. My overall learning experience here has been exceptional. One of things i appreciate most is the management. They not only maintain a positive and supportive work environment but also actively provide opportunities for both leanings and leadership.

... to other companies in the industry compensation here tends to be on lower side. If you’re primary focus is high salary might not align with your expectations.

Likes

Great skill development and opportunities if you are working in R&D Department. Sales and Marketing department also give good opportunity to learn and enhance skills in very less time.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. No flexible work. Work Life balance gets disturbed if you are thinking of short term stay (2-3 yrs) in the company. 5.5 days a week work. Management is not great at retaining and maintaining talent.

Since you have to work out every single thing on your own , you start learning to work independently and with time you grow your confidence and knowledge level.

6 Days working, Low salary standards, Poor Management, No work life balance, Unrealistic targets

Job security is well enough but you won't be happy.

...anagement. In Sales, employees do not stay longer than 1 or 2 years averagely.. because of culture and low salaries. Very strict rules. No perks for the employees even not company sponsored mediclaim for safety and security.

Work culture and guidance received from the colleagues are excellent, which always give you a positive environment to develop your skills.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are not so good as expected according to current market scenario.
