...anagement. In Sales, employees do not stay longer than 1 or 2 years averagely.. because of culture and low salaries. Very strict rules. No perks for the employees even not company sponsored mediclaim for safety and security.

A good company to start a career with for fresher or 1-3 years experienced candidate You'll get to know the basics of a manufacturing industry with a focus on quality. You'll learn to do multiple job roles with same profile

Great skill development and opportunities if you are working in R&D Department. Sales and Marketing department also give good opportunity to learn and enhance skills in very less time.

No salary hikes. No flexible work. Work Life balance gets disturbed if you are thinking of short term stay (2-3 yrs) in the company. 5.5 days a week work. Management is not great at retaining and maintaining talent.
