Only one day for the leave , salary is too less , They are not giving you relieving letter unless you complete work for the whole year even after following all the procedure mentioned in the offer letter.

...anagement. In Sales, employees do not stay longer than 1 or 2 years averagely.. because of culture and low salaries. Very strict rules. No perks for the employees even not company sponsored mediclaim for safety and security.
