Very poor management team. Being a new startup company, they should have investedtime and money on deploying right people rather they rely on 1 person who is totally incapable. Very poor decision makers, damn slow, unethical, one of the very worst HR person we worked. No transportation, No food facility etc.

Poor management. The culture they bring is very worst. No benefit, They suck employees blood and throw away . Definitely as a employee your voice will be unheard. COO and CEO speak and their behaviour is too much to digest. If you as any salary increment after one year , they will not take it as serious. No transport will provide those who are traveling to Factory, which 70km away from the city. You have to spend your own money for any of your official travel, reimbursement will take more than 5 months. Top management people behaviour is very worst. Quality of their products is very worst. They do so much malfunction activities on the products.
