For the frst two month everything you will like after that u will hate everything..

1)HR policy-acording to the company requirements Hr policy will change..if the salary date is 10 u took leave of 7 days on 8 they will hold your salary..n tell u that bank issue.after u join the company salary will be credited..n one lady HR is there she didn't even know the policy spelling..but everytime she will tell acording to company norms..u can't do that. 2)zero work life balance..u have to die there untill the work is complete. 3)poor management..no trust on new people..they will check your naukri.linkden.every platform they will follow you if u r active in any of these platform..they will treat you badly. 4)no job security ..they can fire you at any time.. 5)notice period they will not leave a employee peacefully...if put your resignation before collecting the salary..then that lady HR will hold your salary n tell you that it is company policy..n in notice period they will not give salary...n after notice period ending..after 45 days they will give everything. 6)pooor HRs ...if u want to experience worst HR.poor management. No work life balance. They surely u can join here..n after a year u willl realise the same thing that i am writing here..if u ask any employee who left the organization there feed back will b same.they will curse the HR.

The company who can produce lot of politicians yes u heard it right The place called Rippl Lighting.Beaware if you are non malyali and joining this organization.and don't show like you love work this people can make you sick.

Allows you to witness how the assembly of lighting products happens in a factory. Learn about office lighting and understand the importance of mock-up's.

Bad work culture, requires you to work long hours frequently as you have to meet deadlines and deliver projects within an unbelievable short amount of time which is not only stressful and but also unhealthy. So be cautious about this !!
