Everything. Pathetic Head of the Company and Department who will always change your JD as per their requirements. No work culture. No scope for growth and skill development. If you want to growth in the career and want a work satisfaction then this is the wrong place to be. Specially for the SEO and Digital Marketing people.

Roles and responsibilities are never clear. Management changes your JD as per their wish anytime. Operational head is a very pathetic person. Only join if you want to start your career. Those who want to grow should keep themselves away.

The company is a family business and adpots family culture at our workplace. Family and Job security are the given preferences, management and company policies are strict to inherent discipline in all employees as per my father which is good, but these are everywhere in the corporate world. No one stops you and questions why are you leaving on time. The company also has an open-door culture for meeting any higher authorities including Managing Director. Traveling on-site is purely based on projects and product knowledge. I have seen employees left and have rejoined the same company, due to culture and management policies here, I have never seen this before it's amazing.

All should be more open to management and explain the issue and problem would be great. Work-life balance is good.

Good thing is they have provide accommodation , but they have stopped this policy recently. The Managing Director is really cool person and he speaks with directly about your problems.

HR policies, Work Culture, Micro management, No flexibility, Strict timings
