... No work culture No System Worst Management Worst Policies No job Satisfaction Very bad pay scale compared to market. No growth No Skills enhancement No proper employee treatment Rules not same for everyone. And so much things even cannot describe.

...tes are you supportive and the management is transparent. I arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary.

Very friendly culture, people are very co operative.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometime

My work diparment name htc (hobbing tooth chamfer) good work.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and thet give good salary hike and bonus every year.

my work is good but education no mutch.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign.

... management is very vast 2)no any facility of transport ,canting for trainees 3)No salary in lockdown period . 4) to remove after lockdown company trainees
