Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I am doing job at Bhilai steel plant under rina India limited mumbai as a rail inspection engineer.and the job culture is very good and our branch manager is always helpful in work time .

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The Rina India limited company should increase salary with the increase of experience and knowledge but it's not increase . because I am also working from 2.5 years but my sallary not increased.so it's really not good .

Do not provide any type of holiday except weekly off.and manager of Bhilai behaviour not likely.if you are not attend 1 day cause of genuine problem then don't give leave deducted money for 1 days. Very bad service provided by Bhilai manager of Rina India pvt Ltd.this company is good but manager is not Good.

Dislikes

Bhilai manager chetan sahu earn money to employee.do not give extra leave but company provide 22 extra leave and these leave used for earning money.
