Typically Indian hr management. Very much difference in office employees and shop floor employees even engineer which is working on shop floor . Very poor growth from last 3 year only get 10 % hike .

...machinery manufacturer is a wonderful experience. Rieter provides good training. Salary is moderately good. Those who do hardwork can reap the benefits. I have got good increments. As usual there are few especially Indians who do politics. But as a whole, it is nice company learn, work and grow. The manufacturing plant and design infrastruture are very good.

Less focus on implementation of advanced processes

It is very old Group in Textile Industry with 200-year history with clear Vision. Multination presence. Have right Values and principle. Good top leadership.

Bias culture. Cyclic up-down business. Job security and growth limited.

Only the climate, the greenery which makes life a little easy.

Filled with people who tend to prefer doing dirty politics and later on they themselves face the consequences. No promotions at all for hard working result oriented people. Every year few more positions are introduced in between. So if you are an engineer at the age of 23-25 you would retire till the time you become a Manager.
