...ue to which personal life gets sacrificed. 24 hour service. No pleasure in work. Good Salary growth is given to those who speaks otherwise no growth criteria is being given based on business growth.... it's average for all. Increments are being given an year later. No other benift being given to the employees. No time leverage being given.... it's too much strict.

There are very good brand and the the office maintenance is good.

There is no sitting for me when I joint even after 3months I did not get any desk for my self. I worked as a senior merchandiser and handing hi fashion brand production part. The DMM of the account was also very rude and not helpful. Not a good company I found . I use to work from home as well after reaching at night around 9. Very bad experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Job sequiriy is zero..They faire 10-12years old employee without any notice period.. increment/growth is zero since COVID 2020 to 2023 no increment..After 4years increase only 2000 ..Suparb bad experience
