Not appraising employee for good working from last 1 year And if employee is keen to learn more no project available for some other language. Work life balance if we were taking wfh is not good

I recently had an experience with RG infotec that left are feeling quite disappointed. As someone who values transparency and professionalism, I expected a different level of service. The communication throughout the project was inconsistent, which led to misunderstandings and delays. Despite providing clear requirements, there were instances where the final deliverables did not align with out initial discussions. I also found the project management to be lacking. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail, resulting in errors that required additional rounds of revision. This not only prolonged the project but also increased out frustration. In the end, I expected a higher level of professionalism and responsiveness from an RG Infotech. My intention in sharing this review is not to harm their reputation but to provide honest feedback for improvement . I hope that RF Infotech Takes these concerns seriously and works towards enhancing their service quality for future clients.
