My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). The production planning and the process of working on different designing steel tubes based on the clients requirement. Challenging part woukd maintaining the production output with less wastage of the raw material in each and every day with good quality control and production ouput with no delay.

Dislikes

Working 12 hrs is tough , no good pay scale as its a production manufactiring ,so cant expect any increments or ctc. Rest is good.
