Rude behaviour of my earlier Team Lead who was removed due to issues and complaints by team and customer.

The friendly work environment, discussion on floor by the VP for any festival, team meetings, new project and latest update in the company. The shift incentive paid in day and nigh shift. I got 7000 rs in UK shift per month and 10,000 in the night shift. Good overtime rates. Go on cofee breaks in pantry to relax and the lead or manager will not come after you. I worked in a EON based graphics company before joining Mimeo. Trust me the earlier company was very strict.

The planners work is seasonal full of load from March - August and then less work.

I was closely working with the core team of the company. I joined this company in 2019 as HR executive soon I was promoted to business development and handled the product of the company. I was reporting to the c suites of the company and I must say that they exactly knows what a candidate deserves and need to fulfil the goals set. The company provides ample opportunities and resources for someone to grow in their career. A good work life balance is maintained. Of course, no one will be happy if you not hard working and dedicated. They give you constant feedback and suggestions for someone to exhale. It was my pleasure working with Rewise analytics and technologies

Dislikes

The only thing I would mention here is that the owners of the business are great and serious about their employees and the work they do. If you are not self motivated by the work they do then I personally feel this company won’t be the right fit for you.

HR and other teams are really great and good to work with. CEO and admin department is very polite and helpful.

Dislikes

Team management is poor Associates never get chance to escalate their issues with management. No monthly meetings of management and associates. All the decisions related to associates will be taken without talking with associates. TLs and Mentors are the only trust pillars of the company. If you want just a safe and regular 9 hrs job then, this is perfect for you. But, if you are expecting that you will learn something in CCR department, then please think again.

Many In pune there three people who thinks that are GOD of their printing client. But these three guys have made life hell for everybody expect for themselves. This group comprises of scrum master and two developers who thinks printing client is surviving because of them. People from their referral will never have issues. Worse part is HR head is can talk sweetly and one day will you have resign. HR head are good for nothing here but only to play politics and follow what SM, two developer will say. These people have ruined the entire environment and made the life hell of people in Pune. Management sitting in India is clueless about these issues. Do not join unless you do not have other offer in hand and if you want to maintain peace in life.
