Core belief which nurtures the individual ideology to grow for the betterment of the whole. One more thing I would like to mention the scope provided for development by the leads and management. The company believes in grooming individuals and assigning them tasks accordingly thus growth in this company is limitless.

compensation is decent but the appraisal is a bit biased. Though TEAM outing has been suggested none has been done yet. working is quite difficult and tiresome at times so leave should be given on SATURDAYS. that will ensure the enthusiasm and quality of work.

Management staff, appraisal, salary, job security, nothing are there the management procedure was like if you do as we say then only you are my favourite kind of atitude was there they wanted a machine and that's why the company is struggling I got soft corner for company and his main owner but not for management

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Lack of good cafeteria and canteen with proper management.

Company is good to maintain work life balance, Shift times are good management is supportive.

... to 10th no fix date, polices of company are not firm anytime they are changing. no salary in notice period that is 3 months and after notice period it will be credited in your account for 3 months.

The company's working hours are convenient. I like 8 hours shift timing and also they provide work from home after completing shift hours. I also like employee rehire policy.

Dislikes

...disciplines. Work culture is not professional. It feels like was work in school. No salary growth.
