... supporting me. Everything is fine there and I was very happy to work with them.Although the salary given by my company was not so enough and the career growth also min but I was happy there.

They terminate me due to covid19 that was very unfair for me..I also requested them plz don't terminate me I know there is an pandemic situation and you will not be able for pay the salary to your employees..I don't need salary I can work with you without salary..when you come in normal situation then you can pay my salary for my work otherwise you don't need to pay me anything..but they replied me that we are sorry we are helpless...😥😥

Mostly all the Hod ,manager ,supervisor teamleader ,senior team member good but those who working 1, 2 years old colleagues are act like teamleader

Salry package is too less need to improved due to less package employes every month changing job n leaving this company

Flexibility to work from home is the only benefit,there are no set deadlines or work pressure, one can do work as per their preference. 1 week work from office have to be done once a month.

Dislikes

Work from office conditions are not good, there's no cab facility, no travel allowance, no free food, even sanitary conditions are sometimes also not good, office environment becomes boring within 5 members. No salary increment, appraisal is only for around 1000 or maybe less than that, appraisal gets delayed everytime, no work trips for morale boost nothing. I'll only recommend this company if you are doing any home business along side

Work from home is the best thing in RDM and staff is also very good.employees easily gets their leaves without any trouble and helpfull TLs,

Working in Rotational shifts effects our help the timings should be same and salary increment should be increase.

My process manager and colleagues were very good at my times.

Company terminate employees before telling them or informing. Company keep that employee who takes lots of leave, company keep employees who left them where company chose them over loyal employees and company help them who not giving performance and still working like freshers. These are the reasons for disliking.
