There is no work life balance. Everyone works in silos. No standardisation. You are on your own without support. There is 0% work life balance. Crazy work hours and you’re expected to extend on weekdays and work on weekends as well

No clarity for role. No good compensation structure (one might feel fooled at a point of time). Team work is pathetic, everyone is looking to pull you down. Lack of empathy. No sense of job satisfaction and job security.
