... Only 2-3 products they have and if client contract is over you will be fired. No bonus Leave will be lapsed as you won't be allowed to take leave due to lot of unnecessary work pressure even if no client pressure is there, only manager want to highlight himself.

Likes

1. Good pay 2. Quarterly party budget 3. Annual party although it did not happened this year. 4. Optimistic top leadership like our CEO,COO and CTO

Dislikes

1.Strict 9 hours tracking with biometric 2. Excessive politics specially in QA dept 3. Weak business pipeline 4. Weak hr, they rely on managers and directors blindly. 5. All the policies are for employees who do not fit well in the political structure otherwise you don't have to follow even a single rule. I have seen people not even spending 5 hrs in office but they are still supported by directors. All in all the political environment is ruining it. However the top leadership is optimistic but senior managers and directors are ruining the vision because of politics, favouritism and nepotism. Due to which deserving employees are leaving the organisation.

Likes

Fast pace development in a growing organization comes with lot of learning in all across the line.. Time management, new technical skills, leadership skills, problem handling and solving skills. Work from home.

The company has good recreational activities and annual parties

Dislikes

The politics and the FIS people being given the priority to run the upper management. The promised variable bonus was not given by quoting that company didn’t perform well while everybody was coming to office and was getting projects. Just another way to silence the employee’s expectations for appraisal
