I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

If employee working in Remiel office then good but if deployed on client location then some client work culture is very worst because of its IT management like Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt. Ltd. Because the IT management is not transparent and only given chance to learn and grow to employees who is some kind relative to IT management and even they are plain graduate or post graduate than other employees holding degree or master degree in engineering.
