They are very down to earth and loyal people I ever meet - Some employees in the firm play politics but the way how organisational leaders change those politics into positive working vibes is awsum - The founders views always reminds me ELON MUSK. Work is their God and Work culture is their Aura. Rarely you will find company like Reliserv Solution to work for. Company culture is very good. You will feel all time fresh and Positive.

Dislikes

I dont like the politics some people play behind the back of Management - but the real fact is they dont know- RS team and management is blessed with God - whoever will play with them - they have to pay off one day for sure ... Trainings are missing somewhere - they should proccedd with more trainings specially for some employees of higher designated staff - like how to talk and behave in company.
