Learning is good. You can develop lots of skill.reliance is sea where you can learn many things.

Dislikes

Salary difference for same position is very high.In reliance they prefer most of to GETs.Even GETs get more salary than 5-10 years of experience engineer with same position.this is only happen in reliance.Increment is poor .HR policy is also very bad.HR policy for increment is such that only 5-10% employee get benefited from this .Field Executive and panel officers are much respected and get more increment than SFE.Do not know why this position exist.

Good work environment and safety culture. Teammates are supportive and the departmental management is transparent. Company policies and appraisals are good.Company follow all standards and procedures.

There is lot of politics but management address our issue's. Salary is decent but they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Working in CBM field, challenges are there and company is progressive to implement new tech to solve challenges in this low cost business. HR team organise regular fun event to develop engagement in this remote places.

Dislikes

Salary pay scale for the petroleum engineer is down to the other company in same business. Timing of job is 9 to 6:30 but job responsibilities keep the person engaged 24 by 7 and hampered the personal life. With time responsibility will increase but not get promotion accordingly.
