Typical indian mnc old fashion culture still in reliance

Yearly compensation not getting on fixed month of the year. Company delaying every year the employee compensation and giving revised salary and benefits in diwali (sometime in month of October or November). No fixed time. Increment %of employees are even not good. Only sr management getting good hike as there salaries already in core's. Its old fashion typical lala company culture still some drops are there.

It's a great company good culture working life is excellent . Great salary opportunity in this company but job security is very unhappy .

Job not secure from reliance Jio because high position employee our position will safe to remove low position employee. Like company higher new state head they are coming and applied our new rules . If any new product lunch so laga do bando ko uske piche and month end me revenue generat nhi hua to bando ko blem karna ki kam nhi karte . My suggestion to everyone on reliance Jio do work out own product like broadband, internet lease line , MPLS , SIP TRUNK To system me reh paoge ...

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

Nothing, literally nothing.

...opholes. Immaterial of which background you’re from they make you read the code. No proper salary, appraisal is a joke. Only those who licks higher ups feet all the time survive here. And yeah, 7 am the work starts for me, i just used to sit up for lunch and dinner, both at odd timings. The work ends post 11:30pm. You will get severe depression.

Everything on toss expect increment. There not extra benefits leaving medical policy that too at huge cost which is deducted from salary. Yearly Bonus is deducted from salary which is also given on performance rating in which employee is not benefited. For example to get full PLI (i.e bonus) employee should get A+ and above rating it is not possible very year and every team members in a team will get A+ rating in that case there is a loss of employee.The team I am working there is not mental and work satisfaction.
