Way to much deductions and because of that the salary is very low also the diploma bsc and msc people are treated in the same way regardless of their different education which is totally ridiculous

To much salary deductions Partiality in performance rating No support form peers to grow -- For my department Transportation charges and uniforms charges also paid by employees Both people get same salary - hardworking and not hardworking job satisfaction level low to much politics in low level Hard to get promoted.

...ecutive. Increment not giving. On hand salar is verb low compressor to on paper. Even HR cant explain regarging salary. Not pay for over time . Every month there are 8 to 12 times 12 hour shift employee have to do.

Salary structure is the main issue to employees where deductions for everything , nothing is subsidizes for employees. Note : remarks are applicable only hazira. Policies and benefits schemes are variable for other locations at Reliance.

...😂😂) Career growth is slow for diploma level and good for B.tech person. Salary and increment is average. Politics , favouritism, localism like other companies.
