Salary revision, equal and flat appraisal to all, doesn't matters if an employee who don't know anything will get equal status and appraisal as same as of the performer

Experience not count in salary , G.E.T get 5.5 lack and b.tech 6 years experienced employees getting 4.5 lack.so they are getting demoralizing so willingness to do work badly affected.
