Management are not identified or review more experience right candidate as per his education for career growth with salary as per experience. Freshers and 17 years experience candidate taking same salary

Pro's- 1.Job security 2.Work culture Con's- 1.No salary increase untill IJP(Internally promoted) 2.No incentives 3.HR mandatory courses 4.No compensation of interest during WFH 5.No device given even after 1yr although promised within 2months.

Worst company to work for. Goons employed at high levels with high salaries who do not care about their employees and also who just cash in with the brand name. A company making 40000Cr profit from only the Petro division gives hardly a 4% increment to an employee. SHAME ON THEM.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only work pressure will be more not the salary . if u toil ur life here then also u will not get gud salary and growth. It's not the place for well educated . bcz no value for our Degrees and skills n education .
