Only salary comes on time and HR policy is good. Only it's true.

...me for their Family and due to extra work and extra hours work they feels tired. There is no promotion and salary increment. There is no housekeeping and back office assistant for your help. Only backend Incharge doing all work without help assistant. It's too hard because there is more work like online order packaging tracking, searching product,stock grn of lots of qty, and much more. According to work environment this is not good for their health. My suggestion is that please don't go on same position this is hell. Thanks.

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.
