...e poor, no teamwork, no KT, no proper HR department, no tax saving plans, worst salary part, no projects, No designers and testers, No team handling skills, Working hours are 12 to 15 hours. Rarely we will get leave on weekend. Leads will force to work us on weekends to get name of quarterly awards. Everything we have to do by ourselves. CEO is sleeping in a first room he wont worry about anything.

People won't join even if they do they won't stay for long so no one will be kicked out, job security is the only thing to expect

...understand the requirements from the client. Once work is done except no credit. Salary won't match the work u do.

... Even large IT firms provide better work life balance and compensation benefits.My recommendation is not to join this company at any salary level.

Team mates, training, job security, career growth, salary/apprasial, travel,worst politics, learning, work environment, innovation and work-life balance all are bad.

1) Office Politics 2) No Carrier Growth 3) No too many resignations of top managements 4) Very poor increment 5) Poor HR, Recruitments & Admin functions, Narrow minded management 6) Job roles changes very frequently

You will learn a lot but it will cost you with your lifes peace. If its okay for you then go for it or else just dont even see there.

Dislikes

No work life balance,no project training,no KT's. And then if you get productivity low ypu will suffer.
