Yes, there is no proper communication from the company. HR team is for name sake, they wont do anything that HR does. Management won't stand on their words. Delayed salaries for months to gather. pending salaries for 4-5 months. The job guaranty is zero, they can take out any person anytime, and there is no standardization.

The company is known for the quality products or services that they provide. Lot's of learning. CMO encourages us to take ownership and doesn't micro-manage. Helpful colleagues.

Dislikes

Appraisal hikes are not good. Mostly single digit hikes. No coverage for Parents in Medical Insurance.
