I dislike that there is no job security, staff are not valued and can be removed overnight if you don't agree with your Manager, Absolutely no hierarchy and policy in place to safeguard employees. My advice avoid joining this company at any cost as they might leave you stranded at any point. Worst management ever.

Redsol is a great place to work because of the teamwork. Everyone really supports each other and it's all about helping one another succeed. It's cool how much they focus on innovation, too; everyone gets encouraged to share their ideas, which keeps things fresh and exciting. What stands out is not just hitting professional goals but also growing personally and maintaining a good balance with life outside work. Redsol invests in its people as much as it does in its products, making every day at work feel rewarding.
