Some time feel they do partiality in employes those who work hard without any buttering they not get promotion but those who not work accordingly best to do buttering they get promotion and also manager give spoon filling treatment

There are many things mentioned below. 1. If you don't have any self respect then join here. 2. Manager easily approve your leave if you are flattering him if not then it may be very difficult for you. 3. They don't have any commitment. You didn't get any incentive although you earn it. 4.if you are sick and ask for half day then he (business manager ) told you to resign immediately and leave.. pathetic person. 5.no appraisal no incentive.. jus work here like a slave 6. If working hours from 10 am to 6:30 pm, on some days you still have to attend office btw 9-9:30am for meeting, if meeting is from the side of company then it should be held in working hours only. You'll never get any overtime. 7. There is no job security they can terminate you anytime, no ethics at all. 8.i dont know how much money is on hold of their subscribers also called DE( digital entrepreneur) and they still begging for their money and i think company don't have any intention to return it.

Customer Support is Wooorrrst..... I've worked there for 6 months, never ever saw such a bad *ss company in my entire lifetime before. Senior even don't know how to treat their employees, and even they focus on their relatives only. Pura parivaar hai unki khud ki team ka jin par wo focus karte Hain sirf. Zindagi barbaad karni ho, jh**d karni ho to waha jaaiye warna each and everyone of you are intelligent and you could understand what I mean. Jitni g**li do utni kam hai unke liye. I'm talking about,,,, JUST CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

This is the best company i have worked in my life so far. It was a startup when i joined and now i a can say that this company will not let you go easily and will always treat you just like a family member with all the facilities.
