...but office people i didnt understand. Actualy company overall policies are good. And they give good salary and i was 4 years worked there and salary increament only 10kd 🤣🤣 sound good

Office people dont give any appreciation to me period of my 4yr experience i dont know why i was late 7 days from my vacation due to my medical issue i was show mefical proof also but they can not accept me and say on whts app we terminated you enjoy ur vacation stay in india stay there but i was came and show medical paper but kuwait hr mr.moin dont accept me and threatened me after i handle smoothly with a kuwait law after that hr accept me but i was gave resign directly and say dont want ur job. One more thing i mention one more guy mr wasil what i say he is playing with redtag and with your policy like missing size and all hes miss using please take care but i miss redtag colleagues they are so much help each other i wish redtag go in top every side best of luck.

Company is good but management is not worried about any employee.

Priority is given to those employee who are having some relation in top management apart from that Uneducated people are Holding top positions who knows only to fill there bags and rest all just f******* Off.

I have learned new things how to handling team, how to slove customer problems and enquiries., how to improve our store business compare to last year ,how to activated New permotion and new activated offer. And doing work for excel like send closing figuer sale report & all store compare dsr report.

The management of the company is best in promoting the employees from one position to higher position depends upon the condidate's attitude, performance level and behaviour.

Dislikes

Job timings is not good and some time they tell to do work straight from morning 9.30 to evening 12.00pm so we were become very tired. Actually in saudi arabiya the timing is very different as compared to India because they close their business in afternoon 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

See I spend my precious 2 years there. Company is good but the management is good for nothing they always prefer u educated people...they are always against the clock...

In Redtag teammates are very friendly weather they are out sider or Saudis. Our contract was fixed 10hr but we were doing at least 14hr work without any overtime money..... Thats the reason people left that company....
