Salary cuts. Bad upper Management. They don't provide you salary slips if you ask for. After resignation they terminate you with any reasons they like as per there will. Even if you want to serve notice period they will not allow as they have to pay you after that. They won't pay you FNF also. You have to punch before 10 am and can only leave after 9:30pm, that too if they want you to leave. They also take signed cheque of your net salary from you at the joining so that if you want to leave they will encash from your account and also gives you warning that they will sue you and also issue legal notice against you so that you won't get job elsewhere.

Unacceptable Salary Delays: Employees have been working without February’s salary, and this is not the first time. The company has a history of irregular salary disbursal, terminating employees whose incentives are huge and due. The management remains silent & does not care enough since they are always busy partying. Is this how professional organization operates? Threats Instead of Answers: Employees asking about their rightful pay are met with threats of termination. HR has no accountability and functions like a paralysed department only to offer scripted excuses. Work Without Boundaries: Official timing is 9:30 AM, but leaving is considered luxury. Employees are expected to stay indefinitely, sacrificing personal lives while salaries remain unpaid. Selective Spending: Grand events, political networking, and extravagant celebrations continue while employees struggle. How is there money for parties but not for the workforce that keeps this company running? If this reaches the management before HR team getting this deleted then immediate salary disbursement is not a request—it’s a necessity. If not, a large group of unpaid employees might start taking action, exposing the firm before the world, and start negative promotions on your events. If company does care about their employees reputation why should employees care? Fix this before tomorrow or else serious consequences will follow starting Saturday!

Ministers drop by, grand parties are thrown, and real issues? Swept under the rug. I truly admire how HR lies with a straight face. If you don’t know anything, why are you even here? Oh wait—I get it. Who else would hire this level of incompetence? Life at Realty Assistant is a Squid Game—except the challenge is: "How long can you survive without pay?" Meanwhile, the ringmasters? Too busy throwing extravagant Holi parties and self-congratulatory events to care. Oh, and how could I forget the legendary work timings? Realty Assistant – A Master Burglar in Exploitation I was employed here for just 2 months and if you’re thinking of joining Realty Assistant, here’s a reality check—your salary isn’t guaranteed, but your frustration is. It’s the end of March, and we still haven’t received our February salaries. Employees have families to feed, rent to pay, children’s school fees piling up, and parents who need medical care. But does management care? Nope. Ask for your salary, and you’re shown the exit. HR? A joke. The seniors pocket under-the-table payments while feeding desperate employees the same line: "Humari bhi toh nahi aayi." And at the top? Not one, but three unqualified fools running this circus, of who 2 of them knows nothing (can't even speak properly in public) yet struts around like he’s some corporate Bahubali. Meanwhile, they host extravagant parties, wine and dine ministers, and burn cash on themselves—all while employees struggle to meet basic amenities in life. This isn’t a company; it’s a scam with a fancy name that does not even feel REAL.

...iring new people and terminate them within 2 weeks in name of performance issue. Salary is never on time. Shubham Tripathi will not answer calls to give your FnF. Sancita singh has so much temperament as HR senior. They both get under the table cash to keep mouth shut. And if some employee ask about salary they say humari bhi nahi aayi h abhi and will not give any timeline. People are suffering and ambition box keeps deleting negative reviews. I urge ambition box to please man up and donot shut the voice of tortured employees
