Excellent opportunities for freshers and for those who want to a good exposure. At Realteam, you can improve your language skills and confidence simultaneously because the level of exposure you get here I think rarely any company can give. The office environment is also good.

I personaly dislike the process for paid leave 😅.

It's a great place to work, Managers and overall management team is very supportive. Overall it's good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is little bit low due to night shifts and also the earning seasons may not able to take leaves.

I disliked in the company which is not actually who is best working or who is not actually working but he is good feedback and also I dislike the job security

Had an experience of working with a great team. They encourage good talent, provide opportunities to challenge yourself, is also an open work culture

I had no as such bad experience working in there. Only one that they don't give you holidays during festive season...hehe
