... in the company, but still I can appreciate some good points of this company. 1. Till the last day (before resigning) I have never seen any delay of employees salary credit. 2. There are some policies of celebrating if they can achieve the goal of monthly sales. This kind of policies motivate employees.

...y me but also all my ex colleges whom I've seen to resign, faced the same thing. When I left this company I was a trainee engineer, and it was my first job, so I did not have much knowledge about the procedure, and they took full advantage of that, they cut out my last month's salary, and they managed to do that just because I missed keeping some documentations.

...ation and benifits are good here, Training and learning facilities ar very good. Stqrting salary is very good for freshers.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in the workers, behavior of manegers are very bad, work life balance is very bad. Compulsory 12 hour duty and sometimes they make you to work for 24 hour continiously but does not give leave for that. According to policy they allocate enough leaves to employees but manegers does not allow to take leave even in serious situation.

Salary is on time, lot of fun activities like trips and sports will be arranged every now and then

... plant because there is a manpower issue They will give you senior position as per their requirements but won't increase the salary, if you asked more salary they will further give bad feedback to head office

Company head person don't complete their commitment as I discussed at interview time. Right information of many person doesn't reach to the high level.

I don't get good salary according to my work in the company.

Great workplace for learning @ all quality aspects of concrete enjoying teamwork higher management support . I recommend to all freshers n existing engr work with rdc having great opportunity in future.

I think less salary against work pressure but this point negligible due to major work place for learning
