They will make big promises and then turn back to their own words. Internal conflicts and politics are so huge that it can impact your overall well-being. Parents are running the school, not the senior mgt. You will be left with nothing- no reputation, no physical health, and no mental wellbeing.

Likes

The environment is conducive for collaboration and learning. One never feels stagnant as their is excitement in learning and facing the challenges. Management and higher authorities are respectful and understanding. And the colleagues are fabulous.

Dislikes

None till now, as the Management is dynamic and is in for the betterment in education by providing the best solutions.

Likes

The best thing is it has a positive working environment where the leaders and the management are openminded and support teamwork.

Dislikes

There should be more training opportunities to help teachers understand the program.

I am enjoying working with RBK International Academy, learn so many things while doing an experiment on tasks which is beneficial to me as well as the company, now concentrating on IB Curriculum.

I like the friendly student-teacher and parent-teacher interactions.

Dislikes

Lack of competent and well-trained Education managers leads to very unprofessional decisions against teachers and general staff. Honesty and professional RESPECT is never part of their operation....this is the more reason I just chose to walk out of RBKIA.
