It's challenging as we believe in INCLUSIVE education which included challenged children, children with learning disabilities and a few school drop outs. Encouraging them, maintaining their interest level and keeping them motivated keeps my staff and me alert and to try new methods to teach and to reach out to them.

Dislikes

NOTHING much . Only the job security and the Compensation is not satisfactory compared to the amount of effort I have put in for the last 8 years. Career growth is not as I expected.

RBA JR College it one of the worst place to work. Following are the reasons: 1. Teachers are removed from the job with any reason and hired without any quality assessment. 2. Students feedback is not taken into consideration when it comes teacher assessment.

3. its a very infomal set up 4. management is not concerned with the teachers and the teahers who are at best have beene asked to leave without any proper resoan what so ever. 5. Management has kam chalo attitude. 6. They have been failed to improve the quaility of compationsation right from the time they i have started.
