There is a Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is low. and growth is not available for teacher who work as lumpsum basis. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Rayat Shikshan sanstha is one of the greatest sanstha in the world in education sector. I like most the way of handling sanstha through 5 regions with team and proper method.

Salary for employee is very less. No job security for temporary workers

They not support to the computer teacher bcos they are not perminany in rayat shikshan Sansthan. They not give us a hike or bonus

Likes

I like the Rayat culture very much where all rayat sevak have a bond together. Everyone has a great devotion for the sanstha and Karmaveer Anna. The management is efficient and lawyer to their responsibilities. The policies of the sun star are all inclusive and very important for the the moral development of of the staff as well as the students.

Dislikes

Sometimes, if there is politics which hinders the quality education or quality enhancement then no one would like it. If there is partiality or misconduct in the recruitment process...I strongly dislike it.

Good work environment. Staff members are supportive and management is transparent. There is huge opportunity to express our knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

There is no job security. No satisfactory salary. In term of work there are no good policies for staff members..
