Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Nothing good in the company

Dislikes

Everything is bad there no salary increment Lala company unorganised kind of company upper management don't listen to frontliners just putting nonsens things on sales team. Waste of time illiterate people are there . Putting intern with high salary rather than promoting internal staff who have given years to company. No leave management you won't get any paid leaves .

As I observed sales candidates are getting good pay here but when compared other companies it's a bit low

Job security - Good

Dislikes

I'm not having any good experience in anything they won't even given a training session and they pay too low to employees. And most probably they hire based on references(among them mostly unskilled)
