...erience, no job security, no work ethics, no school policies are followed here. No benefits no compensation as teachers have not get their salaries from 7 months. Worst management system. They dont even appreciate your work or encourage your efforts and talent. No appraisals and if you are working in this institute then you shouldn't expect any kind of financial help from them. They just use you when they need teachers. They can relieve anyone anytime. No job security here.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics here. There is no management for any thing. Whether you are a teacher or a parent they don't even care. They dont care what a teacher is going through when they are not getting their salaries from 7-8 months. Favouritism and politics only these two things can se seen here. They can any time relieve anyone from the job without giving any notice.
