It is a good place to learn, but growth in the company is slow. The salary is not always enough for the work. The company has strict rules and fixed timings, which can sometimes delay decision-making. There is no cafeteria.

Sometimes the work gets too much but the management makes sure that the tasks are divided among the team-mates and the products are best quality.

Yes Ratna sagar have some good side also. They provide salary on time. This is the best part of this company. The director of this company is very humble person. He understand the problem of employees if he get positive notes from chief editor.finaly you get every pending dues from company when you leave this organisation. Thats it. This is how i like Ratna sagar.

All managing editors are big politician they prefer to gossip and smear the boss more than work. Also very unorganised project manager you found here. No any fix time to go back home its may be midnight sometimes. Chief editor is very rudely behave with employees. This is the good example of LALA company.

Great company if u want to learn and grow. They pay well for the hardwork one do. Best company in terms of salary and growth. Learned very much, job secured and developed my skills, satisfied with the incentives and timely promotion. Best place, will recomment to all.
