This Job makes us Suffocating, They make Fake Commitments, They don't care for their Employees

1) No Salary Slips are provided 2) You will never get Salary as mentioned in Appointment Letter, Totally Fake Commitments 3) Even during Pandemic they force us to work from office & when TC will catch us they say they are not responsible for this. You have bear that on your own. 4) They hired me as a Web Designer but they end up giving me Editing Work which not a part of my Experience. 5) 'HR Meghna' Ignore our Replies with delayed response. 6) Even Salaries are not fixed they Fluctuate every month.

I like the team leader who handles the team nicely and supports gaining knowledge. Every time supervised the group members in every critical situation the best thing for the team leader.

Dislikes

Dislike the working not growth the salary and knowledge also. HR likes bossy behavior it's very rude and not communicated to senior persons in the office they are also very rude.
