Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Team mates are good and supportive, Didn't get much opportunity for training, they care about there employees so no need to get any thought about job security, Didn't look to have much carrier growth, salary/appraisal is totally on your work performance, generally travelling is depends on your work location but they provide travelling allowance, They have much experienced people so great opportunity to learn from them, Work-life balance is though at early to while moving on it gets smoother.
