Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Worked there for long time more than 2 years but I'm between management people changes they played with salary and on leave days Mr.ankur and ruchir planned and removed me from official group and after.many follow up mail and message still they had no answer and still I need to beg for my salary which isn't appropriate I m sorry to post the review but had no choice I am still waiting for April salary

Terrible company only scamming their employees and not giving the salary on time... terrible work culture.. they hire people make them work for 3 months without giving salary and then they terminate them.. DO NOT WORK HERE AS THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU A SINGLE PENNY

Salary always comes on time and the management here is very helpful but whenever there is a lot of delay in reaching office. HR gets a little angry and tells me to come on time. My overall experience is good at RAS media.
