Forced to work monday to Saturday with no regard for employee well being. No benefits whatsoever- just a basic salary, not even basic health insurance. Absolutely no work culture or structured policies and process in place. Exploitative working hours with unofficial timing changes leading to 10+ hrs daily without overtime pay.

There is a favouritism from upper management and nothing based on your performance and the efforts you are putting. Very toxic and biased behaviour towards the team and very ethical behaviour from the seniors.

Based on my opinion it varies from individual to individual, so some of the colleagues were good and plays the role of a good senior and others not so much.

To be honest there was nothing to like about the company.

The company culture was not good at all, and they just hire interns to complete their task and after completing their work they just kick off the employees. the management is too poor.
