Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Searching for zero star there are no any likes to say

I suggest not to join in this organization, I suffered a lot there will be hell amount of mental pressure No stake holders they never respond on time No developers - all are freelancers Testers hired for some other client project and forced to work for this No designers No infrastructure But the CEO has tons of attitude I suggest better to put his attitude in his back pocket and ask him to move on If you resign by putting papers by yourself - The HR will portray you as a worthless candidate and she will tell to others that we have fired him HR - She doesn't even know how to use excel and word, it is waste of my time talking about her No employee respect It is completely a worthless place It is more than toxic Your mental health will be dead for sure
