Make it last option while searching for job. Over all rating for this company is 2/5. Their is no job security, horrible politics, late seating, hectic target. Upper management is either in US or in Baroda so their is no chance for explanation in case if you are unable to achieve any target. My suggestion for this company is if your family person wanna work here then there is no job security. however you are performing there is no appreciation from upper management as well as not even with team lead.
