Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

1. Good leave available : CL 10 & PL 30. & 2 shout leave for 2 hours in every month. 2. Canteen & Transportation almost free- nominal amount.

1. Plant head is not good for all. & Work like humiliation. 2. No work definition. Any work can you assign. Any time working time extend and any time holiday become working day. 2.1 plant runs according plant head mood. 2.2 HR is fail to perform own duty. HR like just peon. 3. Appraisals - come with relationship based not perfomance based. 4. No one can here your voice. 5. Fear with transfer you another location. 6. Every time you have good and pressurized work load. 7. Team work not available. 8. Every one pulling leg. 9. No safety here. Just it only for word. 10. No one have value yours.
